Who is eligible to join?

MU undergraduate students who are enrolled to six (6) credit hours/semester and MU graduate students who are enrolled in three (3) credit hours per semester and have a minimum of 2.0 GPA.

Faculty and Staff have the opportunity to participate in select Club Sports, as long as they have a valid membership to attend those practices held in the MizzouRec Complex.

Do I need experience in order to participate?

Prior experience depends on the Club Sport you are interested in. Some club teams do not require prior expereince. Others are more advanced and prior experience is highly recommended. The club contacts listed on our website can give more specific information regarding the recommended level of play related to their Club Sports.

Are there tryouts?

The Mizzou Club Sport Federation has a no–cut policy. Students who seek to participate and join the Mizzou Club Sport Federation are automatically eligible if they meet minimum requirements. Tryouts will not be held to join a club. Each club has an enrollment period for prospective students to join their desired club(s). More specific information can be obtained from club contacts listed on each club’s page or the Club Sports Coordinator.

How much does it cost?

Each club determines their cost of dues based on the level of cost associated with their sport. Dues can range from $10 to over $500 based on the level of expenses related to that particular sport.
