IDENTIFICATION FOR ENTRY
A valid photo ID are required to attend all TigerX classes.
Reservations are forfeited and given to waiting members if arriving less than 10 minutes prior to the start of class.
WARM-UP AND COOL DOWN
Members are encouraged to stay for the entire class. For your safety, please join us for the warm-up and cool down as they are essential to prepare your body for the workout and return your body to a steady state after the workout. TigerX instructors reserve the right to deny entry to members who arrive after the warm-up period has ended.
Per our MizzouRec Guidelines, non-marking athletic shoes are required for all classes except for Ballet Boot Camp, PiYo Strength, Pilates, and Yoga classes. Cycling shoes are permitted for our Cycling classes.
