Designed for experienced yoga students who would like to deepen their practice and instruct classes, this intensive 8-week course will train participants to create and lead dynamic multi-level fitness-oriented yoga classes. Learn to teach more than 20 poses effectively with modifications and props. This interactive class will cover effective teaching skills, communication, cueing, sequencing, transitions, progressions, and class formats to enhance the mind-body connection. This course is for anyone wanting to deepen their yoga practice, get an in-depth knowledge or yoga, or fulfill the application requirement for a Yoga instructor with TigerX.
