Pilates Instructor Training Prep Course

Learn the principles of Joseph Pilates that build muscle strength, stamina, and elongation. Our instructor course will give you a thorough understanding of not only how to use the Reformer but how to progress exercises to produce maximum results for participants. The course will also discuss Pilates principles and how to use mat exercises to develop core and extremity strength, stability, flexibility, coordination and balance.  The course will teach correct form, along with ways to modify exercises for different populations.  This course is for anyone interested in having a deeper knowledge of Pilates or those interested in fulfilling the application requirement for a Pilates instructor with TigerX.
