Learn the ins and outs of indoor cycling and how to design the perfect ride. Participants will learn how to properly set-up an indoor cycling bike, the basic movements and techniques of indoor cycling, and the different types of rides. Practicing techniques including interval training, jumps, hills, sprints and more is a vital part of the class. Participants will also learn about the proper biomechanics of indoor cycling, how to measure effort, and how to design multiple rides. This course is for anyone who wanting to learn the basics of indoor cycling or those interested in fulfilling the application requirement for an Indoor Cycling instructor with TigerX.
