SGT: Learning the Five Basics ($59 members/$99 non-members)

The Basics Small Group Training sessions introduce participants to resistance training.

Each week will focus on correctly learning one of the main lifts and movements. These include a squat, bench press, deadlift, bent over row and overhead press. This course is great for those new to weight lifting, or those just looking for some extra guidance. Below are the session dates and times offered during the spring semester. Register in zouLIFE.

Round 1: February 15 – March 18

  • M/W at 5 PM
  • T/Th at 6:30 AM

Round 2: April 4 – May 6

  • M/W at 5 PM
  • T/Th at 6:30 AM

Each five-week session is $59 for members and $99 for non-members.

Remember, you can also organize a private group program that will allow you and your friends to explore your own interests and meet at a time that’s most convenient for you!
