Boot Camps are five-week programs led by MizzouRec’s knowledgeable personal trainers.
If you want the attentiveness of a personal trainer coupled with the accountability of a group, Boot Camp could be for you! Our sessions meet twice a week for five weeks and workouts are a fun mix of strength training, core work, cardio H.I.I.T. and more. Grab a friend (or a few) and sign up together, or pick a session on your own and meet new workout buddies. Boot Camp sessions can be purchased in zouLIFE. WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT OFFERING BOOT CAMPS FOR FALL 2020.
