Tiger Lair

MizzouRec offers several classes and programs that enhance your recreation experience. They include TigerX group fitness classes (100+ per week; pilates, yoga, cycling, cardio, functional fitness and more), Lifeworks Dance classes (Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary and Jumps & Turns – two sessions each per semester), Aquatic Healthy & Safety classes through the Mizzou Aquatic Institute, Small Group Training courses and Personal Training through zouLIFE, and boxing classes and open gym time in Clark’s Boxing Gym.
