A valid photo ID and reservation is required for entrance.

5-MINUTE FORFEIT

Reservations are forfeited and given to wait list participants if arriving less than 5 minutes prior to the start of class.

WARM-UP AND COOL DOWN

Members are encouraged to stay for the entire class. For your safety, please join us for the warm-up and cool down as they are essential to prepare your body for the workout and return your body to a steady state after the workout. TigerX instructors reserve the right to deny entry to members who arrive after the warm-up period has ended.

SHOES

Per our MizzouRec Guidelines, non-marking athletic shoes are required for all classes except for Ballet Boot Camp, PiYo Strength, Pilates, and Yoga classes. Cycling shoes are permitted for our Cycling classes.
