Word on the street is there’s some trouble with account access on our MizzouRec More app.
No need to miss that Sunrise Cycle class tomorrow– we’ve got you covered. Here’s the steps to fixing your problem if you have an active TigerX membership:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org your full name and pawprint. If you’re crunched for time, also mention the class you’re wanting to take in the email and we’ll sign you up.
2. Wait for us to reply that your account has been fixed.
3. Log out of the app and log back in to clear the system.
4. Sign up for those classes you tried out and loved during free week!
5. If you’re experiencing these troubles with other program areas unrelated to TigerX (i.e. climbing, Clark’s Boxing, etc.), follow these same steps.
