JANUARY 2023 – SEPTEMBER 2023 TEMPORARY PARKING INFORMATION

Virginia Avenue Parking Structure temporarily closed.

Metered parking is available east of VAPS in a surface lot or in CG17 at the southeast corner of Rollins Street and Tiger Avenue. Enforcement hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, so if you plan to park later than 7 a.m. you will need to download the Flowbird app or bring a credit card to pay at the kiosk.

Parking for the MU Student Recreation Complex is permitted only in designated locations.  Here are some helpful hints:

  • The Virginia Avenue Parking Garage is located adjacent to MizzouRec. All campus parking garages require a permit, which can be purchased at the Parking & Transportation Office. 
  • Do NOT park in Emergency or Service vehicle marked spaces; your vehicle can be ticketed and towed.
  • More than 100 covered bike parking spaces are located along the main Southeast and West entrances.
  • Do NOT secure your bicycle to a fence or pole; your bicycle can be ticketed and towed.
