Personal Training Sessions: Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle, improve your cardiovascular fitness levels, excel at your chosen sport or learn how to work out properly, we’ve got the trainer for you. Training Packages sessions are 45 minutes in length. Individual sessions are offered at 30-, 45-, or 60 minutes.
Assessments: We offer comprehensive fitness and body composition assessments that help you properly set and measure your fitness goals. We use the mBCA for body composition testing to accurately measure body mass (lean mass vs. fat mass), rather than just weight. Personal fitness assessments are also offered with personal trainers to help you properly set your goals and measure progress.
Nutrition Sessions: Nutrition is a vital part of every fitness program. Our registered dietitian helps assess eating patterns to get clients on the right track. After evaluating eating habits, our dietitian will help develop realistic goals, create personalized meal plans and teach clients more about their specific nutritional needs.
Boot Camps ($59): Sessions are held twice a week for five weeks at a fraction of the cost of personal training packages. Clients get the benefit of working with our skilled staff in an encouraging and goal-oriented environment. Private boot camp session can also be set up with our staff.
