ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMSCindy became MizzouRec's Associate Director for Programs in July, 2006. She came to Mizzou from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi.
Cindy's fitness-related certifications include:
Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) through Yoga Alliance completing the YogaFit yoga training
ACE Personal Trainer
AFAA Group Fitness
Cindy holds a Master's Degree in Student Affairs and a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Business Management from Western Kentucky University.
Cindy grew up in the Chicago area, which explains her passion for Bears football and Cubs baseball. She loves sports, music, people and traveling.
