TigerX provides group fitness classes perfect for anyone. Powered by high-energy music, challenging exercises, and motivating instructors, TigerX classes are designed to make your fitness goals easily attainable by giving you a fun and energizing workout. TigerX is an essential part of the MizzouRec experience offering over 100 classes each week, ranging from shaking your groove thang in Zumba, muscle toning in Pilates, or giving max effort in Power. TigerX has the perfect class to meet your schedule and style.
IDENTIFICATION FOR ENTRY: A valid photo ID with a TigerX membership card or one class day memberships are required to attend all TigerX classes.
5-MINUTE FORFEIT: Reservations are forfeited and given to wait list participants if arriving less than 5 minutes prior to the start of class.
WARM-UP AND COOL DOWN: Participants are encouraged to stay for the entire class. For your safety, please join us for the warm-up and cool down as they are essential to prepare your body for the workout and return your body to a steady state after the workout. TigerX instructors reserve the right to deny entry to members who arrive after the warm-up period has ended.
